"Wolfman CPA Notetaker" has joined a meeting I host

A member of the firm is in your meeting and the bot is recording it for the firm's notes. You can leave it in the waiting room, decline it, or remove it from the participants list at any time. If you would rather the meeting were not recorded, tell the firm member present and they will stop it.

I want a copy of a recording, or want it deleted

Email assist@wolfmancpa.com with the meeting date and who was in it. See the privacy policy for what we keep and for how long.

The bot did not join, or joined late

The bot can only enter after the firm member has joined and the host has admitted it. If it is stuck in the waiting room, admit it from the participants panel. If it never appeared, the firm member can send it again from the firm's control page.

Removing the app from Zoom

See the guide. Removal takes effect immediately.
